I am an Outdoor Wellbeing Practitioner who helps people slow down, widen their attention, and reconnect with a gentler pace through simple, sensory, movement‑based practices.

I create quiet, spacious environments where people can notice more clearly, think more calmly, and feel more grounded in themselves and the world around them.

I use movement, attention, and the natural environment to support regulation, clarity, and presence — without therapy, analysis, or emotional processing. My approach is practical, human, and rooted in lived experience.

I guide individuals and groups through gentle outdoor sessions, slow walks, noticing practices, and quiet pauses that help them shift pace, settle their nervous system, and reconnect with the quieter layers of experience.

My work is informed by Level 4 Outdoor & Adventure Therapy training, giving me a strong foundation in safety, ethics, trauma‑informed awareness, and nature‑based wellbeing. This allows me to hold quiet space confidently, work with organisations professionally, and offer sessions that are both calming and safe.

The Quiet Path is my signature method — a simple, spacious way of helping people return to clarity through pace, attention, and gentle movement.
